Description
A new chart that captures the heritage of New Orleans in band sampler style. The top band is a row of New Orleans-style houses, followed by 3 bands of stitching. The next major band is a row of fleur-de-lis and lilies which is followed a band of rice stitches and a drawn thread band. Then we come to the heart of the sampler which features a marching band surrounded by music and the wording.
The Accents model shows some of the bands rearranged, some of the bands modified slightly, streets under the houses and the marchers  and 2 bands of lyrics.  Instructions for making the Accents changes are included with the Victoria Sampler chart.
